4th October 2001 - Chaos, Jipped and BITTER RESENTMENT/FURIOUS HATRED!

Weeeeelllll.... a bit of a disaster really... firstly, we had a bit of a drama when Howard was lumbered with working nights, making it impossible for him to play Wesker. In steps Jay, and some guy called Richard takes his place. One rehearsal later, both he and Edwina had vanished... so there we were, Thursday night, on more rehearsal before the opening of the show... and we are two actors short. We couldn't get hold of either of them... and as a result the show was pulled from the YMCA. Luckily Dave Nicholson, Promotions Co-ordinator for the YM, sorted it out with the board of chairman so we didn't have to pay the 50% theatre charge... THANK YOU!!!! Anyway. we're re-grouping now.... there'll be updates on the main page, and back to normal updates at the end of October. Also! To any actors reading this that are planning to attend any of the auditions for the "SHELTER 4 SHELTER" project, due to recent behaviour in the group, any signs of slackness, bad attendance, or lack of dedication will result in people been replaced. Thank you!!!!

15th September 2001 - A new home, and a new colour scheme.

After far too many complaints that people couldn't actually load the site, I decided that the best thing to do would be to move servers, so BYE BYE Tripod! Hello Esmart! (No pop up banners either, yes I know that the banner at the top is huge, but nyah!) Guestbook is up now, as well as the remainder of the galleries! So enjoy, and don't forget to sign the guestbook! Also, if you're local, make sure to keep your eyes open (like you could miss us) if you're in the town centre on saturday the 22nd! Street theatre from 12 to 4, and on the 20th of sept (thursday) tune into radio york for a full interview and a snippet of the play! *click*

10th September 2001 - Sickness makes me work...

Well, I've been sick all weekend, and as a result, I took up a permanent space in front of my pc... and as a further result... I've nearly finished the site... not much to do now. I've also started work on a new site, just because I find this web malarky a bit of alright... and NO WHINGING! Just because it doesn't conform to some laws... yada yada yada... this site is for fans of our shows (if there are any) press, and people who just end up here purely by mistake (Sorry to you) anyhoo.... as you can see the galleries are now up and running, that was done a LOT quicker thatn I thought, but there not as thumbnails yet... might not ever be, so if you want to look at the galleries I suggest patience... they don't take that long, but it's not rocket speed... so, have a nice day, peace out... GOODBYE! *Signs off*

9th September 2001 - Thumbs and stuff...

It grows... on and on I work, fixed the new colour scheme and made the links bigger for you all... also added the scripts into the play section of the site... enjoy :) The guestbook and the forum should be up and running by Monday... and I guess all the thumbnails and subsequent links to large jpegs will all be done by next weekend... WATCH THIS SITE!!

Welcome, welcome, one and all!! Well, it's finally up... the Stagewerkz site is GO! It went live at 11pm last night (cheers Al) This is the main page (Obviously...) but also the page where I'll inform you all about updates, breaking news, disasters... that sort of thing. So feel free to browse the pages but please note; all work contained within these pages is guarded HEAVILY under copyright, especially the scripts. If you like a script, and want to either perform it, or use part of it for any reason, you must read the terms and conditions that come with it. Everyone must E-Mail me first to let me know, and just because some of the scripts don't have fees, they are still under my copyright! So ask me!
